The overall friendliness of staff and 2 of 3 managers.
The room had a musty odor and several Water bugs were found in the bathroom area.
Holiday Inn Express performed as expected. The manager at checkout was rude and took offense that I mentioned the bugs and musty smell. This was not appropriate.

It was convenient to what we were there for.
Had trouble with the check in because of storm.
We arrived late in a rain storm. Had breakfast that was good. Checked out before departing for the cross country race nearby.

The hotel staff were excellent.
No microwave in rooms and no fridge in rooms.
This is our second stay at this hotel and we highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Clean and convenient.
No swimming pool. Light shining into room from hallway made sleeping difficult. The bathroom facilities were painfully small.
